Petite Mort

A warm, balmy evening as members and guests sipped on a Charles Pelletier Grande Reserve Blanc de Blancs Brut in the courtyard of Petite Mort.  This sparkling  is a well-known label.  It was a refreshing drink from producer Veuve Ambal in France.

Once inside we were welcomed by VP Graeme Sassella-Otley who introduced Maître D’ Remy.  Chef/owner Todd Stuart introduce and explained each course for the night and this was followed with Remy introducing the wines and an explanation of their pairing with each course.
