The winemaking focuses on a “minimal intervention” approach to craft elegant, site-driven, and cool-climate wines. This is led by Mike Garland, a longstanding member of the winemaking team since 2010, The team approach has been vital to the success of Singlefile Wines, specialising in cool-climate styles.
The winery is known for its Chardonnay and its stunning, geese-in-single-file, location in Denmark. It continues to produce wines representing the five sub-regions of the Great Southern (Denmark, Albany, Porongurup, Mount Barker, and Frankland River). Singlefile was named the 2024 Western Australian Producer of the Year by Ray Jordan’s WA Wine Review. It was also awarded the highest-rated cellar door in its category at the Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards.
Lulu’s Little Bistro has a culinary goal to provide high-quality food for all those that wish to combine an enjoyable ambience with skilful cooking into one extraordinary dining experience.
