You are invited to participate in an international tasting judgement event: Judgement Plus 50
We have accepted the invitation from London to be involved in an international Judgement of 12 wines. The Judgement Plus 50 event marks the 50th anniversary of the original Judgement of Paris in May 1976.
The only requirement is that the exact wines are tasted blind and scored according to our rating system. These scores will be tallied across all zones with the accumulated results publicly announced on May 24th 2026.
The WA Judgement will involve 16 members to taste 12 wines: 6 x Chardonnay & 6 x Cabernets
These wines were chosen by London having taken advice from Masters of Wines and members of the IWFS Wines Committee.
Members are now invited to be involved. It should be a fun event and an experience most of us will not or have not been involved in before.
You don’t need to be an expert and we will have a couple of experienced wine judges participating who will coach us in the art of wine judgements. You will judge the set covered wines on the set criteria.
The event is sponsored so we can keep the cost down especially as the 12 wines on average are valued at $150 each and you will enjoy some nibbles and a dish over the time.

Cost: $155 per Member Limit of 16 Tasters. (If you don’t use the online system, please email me your reservation. Remember a booking is only confirmed on reciept of payment)
Bookings close on 15th April 2026 unless booked out earlier.
