What wine should you put away as an investment for that special occasion or time?

What do the sommeliers look for when judging the long-term prospects of a wine?

Members are offered the opportunity to learn about a specific grape variety and, through tasting, what to look for in a wine to cellar – or not.

Ann Marie Muscara has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both making, judging and selling wines.  AM will take you through a series of wines that will build your knowledge and understanding of the complexities of a wine and its prospects

We are looking to run several sessions of approximately. 90minutes which will include a tasting of five wines, finger food an expert for each session to talk you though the wines in a fun and informal atmosphere.
