Michael Tamburri has invited us to Oggi Bar and Eats to savour a taste of Itoham Cherry Blossom Wagyu A5 – beating over 300 entries from all over Japan – & WA produce paired with top wines.
Chef Marianne Kempf will delight us with her culinary skills and innovation developed over 30 years. As a Master Chef of Germany, she lives her philosophy “to be innovative in the future, one has to respect the past” in the creation of dishes which use the finest seasonal ingredients and the best local produce.
