Members are offered the opportunity to learn about a specific grape variety and, through tasting, what to look for in a wine to cellar – or not.
Daniel pursued his interests in wine and winemaking by joining his brother Robert in 2002. He successfully completed his winemaking degree at Charles Sturt University, New South Wales, in 2007 with Distinction. He won the Domain Chandon prize for the best Sparkling wine student.
This is the second session following our successful Pinot Noir session in May. Again this will be a vertical tasting of five(5) wines. Food, wine, glasses and expertise will be provided for each session.
